The Fairfax 1 is for riders who want a versatile bike for weekday commutes, errands, workout rides and recreational outings, on pavement or light gravel.
Description
The 2026 Marin Fairfax 1 is a hybrid bike with a standard frame, built for weekday commutes, evening workout rides, errands and recreational rides. Its Series 1 aluminum frame is light and responsive, and the internal cable routing keeps things uncluttered.
The Cr-Mo steel fork smooths out rougher roads, and the mechanical disc brakes are made for rain, grit and heat. The 700C x 35 mm tires roll fast on pavement and handle light gravel. The Shimano drivetrain has 7 speeds.
Rack, fender and kickstand mounts let you load the bike up and ride in wet weather. It comes in five sizes, from XS to XL, and in two colours.
