ONLINE RETURN POLICY
1. Returns

We accept returns and exchanges under certain conditions. You may return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date, with a receipt or proof of purchase. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted after 30 days from the purchase date. We reserve the right to determine if the returned product is eligible for a refund and/or exchange upon its receipt in store. We will notify you by email within a reasonable timeframe regarding the status of your refund and/or exchange request. If a refund request is approved, only the original payment method will be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

All sale items are final sale. Sale items are therefore ineligible for refunds and/or exchanges.

3. Shipping

Refunds do not cover shipping and handling charges listed on the packing slip or invoice. Shipping costs for all returns must be prepaid. The store will not be responsible for insurance costs or any loss or damage to equipment that may occur during shipping. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. No shipping or handling charges will be included in the refund.
