Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY
1. General Information

Orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock when you place your order, we will notify you and refund the full amount of your order to your original payment method.

2. Shipping Locations

Items offered on our website can only be shipped to addresses in Canada. [We also accept orders from customers in all countries who have their items shipped to a Canadian address only.] We do not currently ship outside of Canada.

3. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided when you place your order. Delivery times are estimates only and are calculated from the date of shipment, not the order date. They are for guidance only and are subject to acceptance and approval of your order. Unless exceptional circumstances arise, we will make every effort to ensure your product is delivered within 15 business days of your order date. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. Delivery dates may vary depending on the courier company's shipping practices, the delivery location, the shipping method, and the items ordered. Products may also be shipped in multiple separate packages.

4. Shipping Costs

For orders under $150 (before taxes), shipping within Canada is $15. Orders of $150 or more qualify for free shipping.

For oversized items, shipping is $50.

For discounted skis and snowboards, shipping is $50.

For discounted bicycles and bicycles under $2,500, shipping is $195.

We do not ship outside of Canada.

5. Damaged/Lost Items in Transit

Le Pédalier Inc. cannot be held responsible for any damage, breakage, delay, loss, or theft during shipping. However, we include insurance with the carrier to provide added protection.

If the packaging is damaged in any way upon arrival, please contact us immediately at 581-705-6955. We can then initiate the claims process. Please keep the item and its packaging in the same condition as when you received them, as they will be required for the claim assessment.

If your product is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at 418-842-2734. We will then initiate a claim with the carrier. Please note that a signature is required upon delivery for all our shipments. An item cannot be declared lost if a signature has been affixed to the delivery slip.
