Fox Baseframe Pro D3O Protective Vest
Ride harder, descend faster — and protect every turn. The Fox Baseframe Pro D3O Protective Vest is built for riders who refuse to compromise on protection, comfort, or mobility, whether they're on enduro trails, downhill runs, or mountain bike circuits.
At the heart of this vest is D3O® foam technology — a smart protective material that stays soft and flexible during normal riding, then instantly stiffens on impact to absorb energy and shield what matters most. The CE EN1621-2 Level 2 certified back protector delivers maximum spinal protection, while the CE EN1621-1 Level 1 chest guard provides full torso coverage. A removable insert also allows for neck brace compatibility, giving you total modularity based on the demands of your ride.
The breathable, stretch fabric wicks moisture away to keep you dry through even the most intense descents. Foam mesh panels beneath the armor improve airflow and comfort, while removable inserts make cleaning quick and effortless. An articulated YKK zipper and elastic straps deliver a custom, locked-in fit that stays put in every riding position.
