The Shimano Ultegra FD-R8000 front derailleur (31.8 mm clamp) is part of the Ultegra R8000 groupset, renowned for its precision and lightness . Designed for 2x11-speed drivetrains, it offers smooth, precise, and fast shifting , even under load.
Thanks to its new linkage design , the effort required to shift the lever is reduced, providing a more natural and progressive feel. Adjustment is now simpler and more intuitive , particularly thanks to the integrated cable tension screw , eliminating the need for special tools or a TL-FD68 converter.
Compatible with a wide range of chainring sizes (46-53 teeth) and a chainline angle of 61° to 66° , this derailleur maintains optimal performance even on modern short-wheelbase frames. Lightweight and stiff, it guarantees efficient power transfer and reliability worthy of the Ultegra range standards.
