Kona Sutra SE

Dreaming of loading up your bags, hitting the road, and measuring your rides in days rather than hours? The 2027 Kona Sutra SE is a steel touring bike built for exactly that: ride far, stay comfortable, and carry you with confidence, on Québec's roads and across the world.

Here's why it quickly becomes your adventure companion:

• Kona Cromoly Butted steel frame: a smooth, stable ride that soaks up vibration, so long loaded days stay comfortable mile after mile.
• Kona Project Two Cromoly Disc Touring fork: solid and reassuring, it keeps the bike planted and precise even heavily loaded on rough ground.
• Tubus Tara Big Apple front rack + full fenders with mudflaps: ready to travel straight out of the box, with your bags and the mud under control.
• Microshift Sword 10-speed drivetrain (30/46 crankset, 11-38 cassette): enough range to climb loaded without burning out and relaunch easily on the flats.
• TRP Spyre mechanical disc brakes with 180 mm rotors: consistent, easy-to-maintain stopping power, even in the rain mid-descent.
• Schwalbe Marathon Mondial 700x40c tires on WTB i25 rims: tough and reassuring on pavement, gravel, and the less-than-perfect roads here.

What you get: a ride-ready bike with proven mountain bike DNA that brings confident handling when the road gets rough or the weather turns. Add the Kona cork tape, the Kona Gravel saddle, and the Gloss Prism Dragonfly finish, and you've got a bike built to last on the terrain right here at home.

Best for:

• long-distance touring and bikepacking
• multi-day getaways on roads and mixed backroads
• loaded daily commutes and errands
• riders who love a bike that's solid, repairable, and built to last
