Description
The Shimano RT-EM810 is a high-end Centerlock disc brake designed to deliver powerful, consistent, and durable braking, even on long and demanding rides. Compatible with all Shimano disc brakes (depending on rotor and hub size), it features advanced thermal management.
Thanks to ICE TECHNOLOGIES Freeza technology, the RT-EM810 uses a three-layer structure with an aluminum core and stainless steel braking surfaces, combined with aluminum cooling fins. This design reduces the rotor surface temperature by approximately 150°C compared to an all-steel disc, thus limiting fade and extending pad life.
The Centerlock system with locking ring allows for quick and secure installation, while ensuring precise disc alignment for consistent performance on road, trail or e-MTB.
